Hmm interesting. A few questions: what does it taste like? Would you recommend combining it with regular coffee (like people in the South do with chicory?)

Taste like, similar to chicory or one of those shop bought drinks like Barleycup. I don’t mix it with chicory… best if you try the recipe and get your own impressions.
